12. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Verity may offer in-app purchases and subscription services. By making a purchase or subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees and payment terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing and subscription models with notice to you.
If you redeem a referral code to access free or discounted features of the app (the “Referral Code”), your access to these benefits is conditional upon maintaining an active relationship with the referring entity (the “Referring Company”).
By using a Referral Code, you acknowledge and agree that:
